Natural building workshops — learn appropriate technology by doing. Appropriate technology can be made at an affordable price by ordinary people using local materials to do useful work in ways that do the least possible harm to both human society and the environment. Various workshops happen from time to time led by different facilitators, such as natural house design, earthen building, strawbale building, earth and/or lime plastering, ferro-cement roofs, or pizza oven building. Keep an eye out for workshops that may interest you. One good way to keep in touch is by joining EBANZ. Go to www.earthbuilding.org.nz for details. Pizza Oven and Cob Workshop![]() YIMFY-Yes!
